How do I return a Roneck order?
You can Exchange your order only if you are located inside Lebanon.
If you shopped on our website, you’ll need to contact us via mail: contact@roneck.com
Your new order will be delivered to same address as your original order. Delivery charges may apply.
Exchange request may take up to 20 business days to be delivered, so please check our size guide before setting your order.
How do I return a Roneck store purchase?
You may take the items you want to return to our Roneck store.
Do I need a receipt to return items at a Roneck store?
For orders placed on Roneck.com, you will not need a receipt to make a return in a Roneck store. However, you will need to provide your order number to exchange your product. You can find your order number in any of the emails we sent you about the order. Please note that we cannot refund you for your order.
For store purchases, the quickest and easiest way to return items is to provide the original store receipt.
If you are returning items with a gift receipt, we’ll provide you in-store credit for the amount of the gift receipt. We also can help you exchange your gift.
What about defective or flawed items?
We stand behind all of our products. If your item is defective or flawed, and it’s been less than 30 days since your purchase, simply choose one of the options above to return the item.
What about customized items?
Customized orders, including ‘add name and number’ option on jerseys, cannot be exchanged.
OTHER TERMS
We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a government ID for all exchanges. We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing exchanges. We do not sell the information captured through this process. We also reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason.
